Event: AP & Telangana HEF – Regional Economic Conference

Hindu Economic Forum (HEF) Vijayawada chapter is organizing its Regional Conference at Hotel Fortune Murali Park, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh on 8th and 9th February 2020 with a theme of  “Grow Together and Share Together”. The agenda of the conference is to strengthen economy of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana states, and also to provide a professional platform for creating awareness among Hindu business community.

Shri V. Muraleedharan and Shri G. Kishan Reddy, Ministers of State for External Affairs and Home Affairs respectively in the Central Government, Shri Botsa Satyanarayana, Minister for Municipal Administration, Government of Andhra Pradesh and Swami Vigyananand (WHEF and HEF Founder) are participating in the inaugural session.

Many Prominent individuals including Shri Y.V. Subba Reddy, Chairman-TTD, Shri V. Vijaya Sai Reddy, Member of Parliament, Shri Gokaraju Ganga Raju, Former MP & Chairman – Laila Group, Shri Dilip Chenoy, Secretary General-FICCI, Shri Galla Ramachandra Naidu, Chairman of Amara Raja Group, Shri Sam S.K, CEO of Norstar Unlimited Inc. WHEF 2018@Chicago was held as part of the second World Hindu Congress (WHC) in Chicago, Illinois, U.S. from September 7 – 9, 2018. Inspired by the Hindu principle, Sumantrite Suvikrante or THINK COLLECTIVELY, ACHIEVE VALIANTLY, the World Hindu Congress 2018 represented a movement not to be missed. On the eve of the 125th anniversary of Swami Vivekananda’s historic address to the Parliament of World Religions in Chicago, Hindus from around the world and of all backgrounds were invited to actively participate. or THINK COLLECTIVELY, ACHIEVE VALIANTLY, the World Hindu Congress 2018 represented a movement not to be missed. On the eve of the 125th anniversary of Swami Vivekananda’s historic address to the Parliament of World Religions in Chicago, Hindus from around the world and of all backgrounds were invited to actively participate.

Held once every four years, WHC’s seven parallel conferences showcase how the values, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit of the global Hindu community find expression in a variety of spheres.

WHEF 2018, under the conference theme of “Optimism, Innovation & Partnerships” enabled Hindus from across the world to network, get first hand insights into the North & South American markets, and pursue opportunities for mutual growth.

The WHEF journey began in 2012 at Hong Kong, followed by successful annual forums in Bangkok 2013, New Delhi 2014, London 2015, Los Angeles 2016 and several regional forums along the way. The 2017 conference in Nairobi had to be cancelled due to re-elections in Kenya and related political uncertainty.
