Extract: “Mr Vinod Kumar, a successful businessman from Auckland and the President of Hindu Council of New Zealand, who was invited to speak at the first World Hindu Economic Forum held in Hong Kong on Saturday, 30 June and Sunday, 1 July 2012 has been given a bigger responsibility.

Mr Kumar has been invited to join the steering committee of World Hindu Economic Forum (WHEF). The primary objectives of WHEF are to promote activities of developing enterprise and entrepreneurship globally; to develop solutions for most crucial of the issues on world economy like sustainable development, education, eradication of poverty, climate change and infrastructure development; and to promote a value based corporate governance system through organizing seminars, conferences, and research activities.”
