Refund Policy

Policy for Refund of Event Registration Fee

Ordinarily, no refund will be admissible under any circumstances. Hence the delegates are requested to firm up their plans, keeping the same in view. Refund will be considered in the following cases –

  • In case of refusal of VISA, the fees paid will be refundable, at the discretion of the WHEF Directors, after deducting administrative charges incurred by WHEF and applicable bank processing charges. In such a case the claimant has to file the refund claim at least 7 days before the date of the event/conference along with the  VISA refusal document, by sending an email to info@wheforum.org.
  • In case WHEF declines the registration request. Conveying of the reason of rejection is not binding. The fees paid will be refundable, after deducting administrative charges incurred by WHEF and applicable bank processing charges.
  • In case of cancellation of event, the fees paid will be refundable, after deducting administrative charges incurred by WHEF and applicable bank processing charges.

Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Delegates are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.

WHEF reserves the right to change, amend, add or remove this refund policy at its sole discretion and without prior notice. If one or more of the conditions outlined in this Refund  Policy should become invalid, the remaining conditions will continue to be valid and apply. If a particular Event chooses to have its own separate Refund/Cancellation policy, the same will be mentioned on the particular event website and will override this general Refund Policy.
