Aiming towards “Strengthening Economy, Shaping Future”, the World Hindu Economic Forum 2013 will be held over two days during August 10-11, 2013 at Bangkok. Leading Industrialists, Traders, Bankers, Technocrats, Economists, Investors, Businessmen, Academicians, Thought Leaders and more will converge at WHEF 2013@Bangkok to share their knowledge, experience and expertise on business opportunities and creation of wealth, in line with the WHEF‟s avowed vision “To Make Society Prosperous”. The word „Hindu‟ here encompasses all those who believe in Hindu Dharma like Buddhists, Jains, Sikhs and many others – all those who follow the Hindu Dharma.
WHEF 2013@Bangkok could not have come at a more appropriate time, as the fast-developing economies of ASEAN gear up for AEC integration and seek to forge stronger linkages with Bharat and developed countries of the west. The Hindu world – with a population exceeding 1 billion and its deep cultural and trade linkages with 600 million people in ASEAN, represents enormous and mutually beneficial markets. WHEF forum will provide the much-needed platform for Hindu professionals to connect with prominent, inspirational personalities from all over the world to learn about and benefit from immediate and long-term goals in shaping the future.
